FOTS - Friends of the School

FOTS – Friends of the School

Friends of the School (FOTS) is an informal group of parents who volunteer to help and support the school with various fundraising, e.g. sausage sizzles and read-a-thons, and social events, i.e. school discos. Our aim is to promote and encourage a close relationship between home, school and community. As a bonus you get to meet some great people and have fun! Every parent/caregiver at TRS is welcome to be part of FOTS.

We meet a least twice a term to agree and manage fundraising objectives and activities for that term and liase with the school Board and Leadership Team to ensure objectives are in alignment with the school.

If you would like to be involved or want to find out more please email the team at fots@target.school.nz. Likewise if you have any requests or suggestions about how we can help improve our school community for our tamariki please send these in too!

Currently on FOTS are:

  • Ann-Marie Nottage

  • Cat Bish

  • Dani Milner

  • Desirée Newton

  • Katie Taylor

  • Mariko Rogers
